Medical Benefits

An extensive choice of medical and prescription drug coverage, including a high deductible plan with a health savings account at reasonable rates, to their eligible employees and their dependents.

Dental Benefits

The choice of two dental plans that cover preventative, basic and major dental services for employees and their families; as well as varying levels of annual orthodontia coverage for employees’ dependents.

Vision Benefits

A voluntary vision plan that pays the cost of one exam every twelve months and gives an allowance for most eyeglasses and frames.

Retirement Savings Plans

401(k) plan to prepare for retirement with a company match of 50% of 6% of individual deferrals with no vesting requirements for eligible employees.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
To offer a break from work, all full-time employees receive annual paid time off. New employees starting in the first quarter of the year will receive 80 hours of PTO, employees hired after will receive a pro-rated amount. On January 1st following their hire date, employees will receive 112 hours of PTO. Increases to the annual accrual of PTO will occur on the 5th and 10th full year of employment.

Community Service
Employees can apply for up to 16 hours of additional paid time off every calendar year to volunteer for a valid non-profit (501c3) charitable organization(s). These charitable hours do not impact normal PTO use or accrual and do not apply toward overtime.

Parental Leave
Qualifying birth and adoptive parents will be eligible to take Family Medical Leave.

Bereavement Leave
Employees are provided paid time off in the event of a death of an immediate family member.

Jury Duty Pay
Fabick Cat provides the difference between jury duty pay and the regular day’s pay for the time employees spend serving on jury duty, up to a maximum of ten workdays per calendar year.

24-hour access to medical professionals for your health-related questions via phone call is available for employees enrolled in the Premiere, Value, or Mercy medical plan options.

Flexible Work Schedules

Fabick Cat is committed to helping employees manage their work-life balance by offering increased flexibility with their schedule. These benefits help to maintain a progressive and productive work environment. Employees can work with their managers to determine a work schedule that works best for their position and personal obligations.

Wellness Program

Employees, and employees’ spouses, that are currently covered on the company’s medical plan are each eligible for a premium discount if they participated in the annual biometric screening and completed the program health survey the previous year. All employees are eligible to participate in the Activity Based Recognition Program that rewards employees who participate in various health related activities with bonuses.

Gym Discount

Fabick Cat provides gym membership discount of 50%, up to a maximum of $200 per year, provided the employee provides proof of attendance (average of 3 times per week for each quarter).

Educational Reimbursement

Fabick Cat will pay for your tuition, books and other required fees for approved courses up to a maximum of $5,000 per calendar year.

Employee Assistance Program +

A variety of professional services are available through our EAP+ to help employees address relationship issues or work concerns, handle the emotional toll of illness or injury, and maintain a high level of personal well-being. In addition to concierge planning, discounts, and local referral services all Fabick Cat employees, and anyone they consider family, all have access to 3 free 100% confidential sessions of professional clinical assessment per year.

Will Preparation

Will preparation services are available to employees that participate in the Voluntary Life Insurance program. This benefit provides one free visit with an attorney to put together a Will.

Employee Discount Program

In addition to group purchasing discounts on Dell and Microsoft office products, all employees can access an online website with discounted movie tickets, theme park tickets, products, electronics, etc.

Uniform, Shoe & Tool Assistance

Fabick Cat pays the cost of uniform rental for employees who are required to wear uniforms. Allowances are also offered for safety shoes and tools; for those technicians needing new tools, interest-free tool loans are available.

Direct Deposit and Online Statements

Enjoy the convenience of direct deposit and get early access to view your paycheck. You can also access W-2 forms, 1095 form and other useful payroll tools online.

Citizens Equity First Credit Union

Fabick Cat employees are eligible for membership in the Citizens Equity First Credit Union (CEFCU). Offering prime rates on savings, checking and loans since 1937.

Employee Referral Bonus

Employees receive $1,500 for any referral hire who stays with Fabick Cat for at least six months.
